Lessons

At Grove Farm we pride ourselves on our small family run yard, giving value for money with plenty of fun and informative lessons. In our group lessons we offer the benefit of a smaller group, resulting in more of a chance for you to 'have a go' without the long wait for your next turn. We try to allocate riders to ponies depending on abilities, matching skills of a similar type. Childrens' lessons are held 3 afternoons a week after school and of course at the weekends.

Intermediate and advanced sessions for group classes are available 2 days a week or at weekends.

For the complete novice rider whether adult or child, we offer lead rein classes to help you with your horse/pony until you are confident and capable of trying on your own. Every care is taken to assist you with your individual needs.

Advanced riders can brush up on weaknesses or work on their skills, whether with flatwork or jumping. Our A.I. qualified instructors are happy to concentrate on individual exercises for your specific requirements.

Our instructors are picked for their friendly and fun attitudes. We pride ourselves on allowing our riders to understand, enjoy and learn how to ride in a safe environment.

We also offer lessons for those wanting to improve their riding on their own horse/pony by building the crucial partnership between horse and rider.
